Additional comments:
This is a very good sounding radio recording from Holland when the first Dire Straits LP had been released. Note that Once Upon A Time in the West and Lady Writer were played one year before the release of Communiqué. The version of Eastbound Train is really excellent! This bootleg is a bit more complete than "Rotterdam 1978" as this one also includes a great version of Southbound Again and the closure of the radio broadcast by the radio reporter.
This recording from a private source is a complete record of the radio broadcast of this performance, unlike the cd bootleg release Rotterdam 1978 which is missing the last track as well as the radio announcer at the end. Although there is not a huge difference, sound quality is also noticably better on this recording than on the pressed cd, and definitely taken from a source closer to the master. The recording does seem to run just a tad too fast, but it's not something that will detract from it for most fans.

Caro Brunno Nunes,
Zimbabwe Christie.
